Clean Technology AustralAsia (CTA) was established in 2004 to play a catalytic role in building the Cleantech industry in Australia, to connect investors with cleantech opportunities and to accelerate the investment in and deployment of Clean Technologies in the Asia Pacific.
CTA Principals Jeffrey and Peter Castellas have had a long standing involvement with the business, finance and investment sector and have played key roles in Australia and internationally in the evolution of the cleantech industry and sustainable investment practices, policies and products.
The CTA is now in a position to focus specifically on the increasing commercial opportunities with strong growth of the Corporate Advisory Services led by Jeffrey Castellas.
CTA has been successfully providing introductory capital raising and JV partner services to Australian Cleantech companies since 2005. This has included working with partners such as Yes Bank (YBL) in India where CTA has an exclusive agreement with YBL for Australian Cleantech deployment in India.
CTA also organize an annual Cleantech Investor Showcase where innovative, investment ready Cleantech companies are identified through and international applications process and selected to present their investment case to an audience of investors.

CTA undertake high level strategic advisory and consulting work to help enable markets and drive investment into Cleantech.
Examples of some of CTA’s consulting work includes being commissioned on a international project through the Asia Pacific Partnership for Clean Development and Climate, Renewable Energy Task Force to develop a Strategic Action Plan to accelerate investment in India Renewable. CTA was also commissioned to undertake a significant research project and industry consultation for the Victorian Government to define the strengths and competitive advantages of the “Victorian Cleantech Sector”.
